Rose started her modeling career in 2018—while living in Seattle—after being discovered by TomboyX, a gender-free undergarment company owned by a lesbian couple. She has since been in campaigns and featured by Savage X Fenty, Yandy, Adore Me, TOMS, oVertone, FOLX Health, and more. Rose was one of the faces of FOLX Health's PreP launch during Pride Month 2021 featured on a billboard in New York City.
